Harbour Town describes itself as Australia's first and largest outlet shopping experience. It combines outlet retail, dining and entertainment in a mostly single-level centre. How much time should you allow?

If you genuinely like outlet shopping, allow at least half a day; the centre is large enough that a quick one-hour stop can feel rushed. It is less convenient for travellers whose whole trip revolves around walking to Surfers Paradise nightlife and the beach.

Pair it with nearby stops
